Customized Process
- 1.First talk with customer regarding to the requirements of the speed,material,products and so on.Making the initiatory design of the machine according to customer’s requirements,If customer confirm,we will evaluate the machine cost and provide the detail quotation.
- 2.After quotation approval,customer will need to send us the actual samples for our engineer to make the final design of the whole production line for customer’s confirmation.
- 3.Upon machine final design approval by customer,we will start the production of the machines.
- 4.When machines are ready,we will testing the machines with the samples that customer provided,to check if all the functions and performance are meet the design requirements,and then doing necessary modifications.
- 5.Then it will be about 1 weeks fatigue test of the machines to check if every parts work properly during testing.
- 6.The next progress will be the inspection by our quality control department for every parts of the machines.
- 7.The next step will be the FAT,we welcome customer to our factory to inspect the machines personally,we will also can provide testing videos for customer or arrange on-line live meeting with customer for inspecting machine.
- 8.The final work will be packing and shipment.
